摘要 基于RCM理论,分析了铁路货场门式起重机的结构层次,选择起升制动器,使用故障树分析法对其进行了详细的故障模式和影响分析,基于逻辑决断法给出了门式起重机的RCM维修决策流程图。文中采用RCM理论优化了铁路货场门式起重机维修决策,可用于解决因维修策略选择不当造成的过修或欠修问题,在保障设备可靠性的同时,可节约维修资源,提高铁路货物装卸生产的效率和效益。 The structural level of gantry cranes for the railway goods yard is analyzed based on the RCM theory. The failure modes and effects analysis on the selected lifting brake are carried out by using the fault tree analysis method. And the RCM maintenance decision flow chart of the gantry crane is proposed based on the logic decision method. The paper optimizes the maintenance decision of gantry cranes for the railway goods yard based on the RCM theory to deal with the excessive or insufficient maintenance caused by the improper maintenance strategies, which can guarantee the equipment reliability, save maintenance resources and improve the loading and unloading efficiency and benefits.
