摘要 为适应单箱梁岸边集装箱起重机大梁由双铰点向单铰点的推广要求,通过缠绕形式的改进,尾部张紧装置和海、陆侧托架小车的设计优化,岸边集装箱起重机单箱梁托架小车缠绕系统取得了良好的减重效果,制作工艺性大大提高,并节约了配套件如钢丝绳、滑轮的使用数量,实现了降本增效。通过对现有缠绕形式的简化和张紧装置、海侧和陆侧托架小车的优化设计,树立了单箱梁岸边集装箱起重机托架小车缠绕系统的新标准和发展方向,具有极大的推广应用价值。 To meet the requirements of replacing the double-hinge-joint of the single box-beam quayside container crane with the single hinge joint, through the improvement of the winding type and optimized design of the tail tension device and sea side and landside catenary trolley, the weight of the winding system of the single box-beam catenary trolley of the quayside container crane reduces, the manufacturing process is improved, and quantities of supporting parts such as steel rope, pulley are lowered, reducing cost and increasing benefit. Through simplifying the existing winding type and the optimal design of the tension device, seaside and land-side catenary trolley, a new standard and development trend are es- tablished for the single box-beam catenary trolley, which can be widely applied.
