摘要
以CNIPR专利信息检索平台和INCOPAT专利数据库为专利数据来源,结合专利申请信息和专利法律状态信息,从竞争环境和竞争实力两个维度,通过专利申请趋势、技术领域、国别分布、专利申请人等指标,全面分析了我国搜索引擎行业的竞争态势;同时通过对专利文本进一步的挖掘聚类,全面了解该技术领域的创新状况,发现该领域核心技术的发展趋势,为国家、企业及高校规划技术路径和研发策略提供参考。
Based on patent date from CNIPR and INCOPAT Innovations Index, combined with the information of patent application and patent law status, through the patent application trend, technical field, country distribution, patent applicant and other indicators, a comprehensive analysis of the competitive situation of China＇s search engine industry was carried out from competitive environment and competitive strength two dimensions. Furthermore, by further excavation of the patent text clustering, a comprehensive understanding of the state and discovery trends of the technical field would be found, which could give suggestions for policy makers, enterprises and universities to make R＆D and marketing strategy and industry policy.
