摘要
石济客专济南黄河公铁两用桥为(128+3×180+128)m刚性悬索加劲连续钢桁梁,全长798.3 m,这种桥式在国内公铁两用桥上首次采用。本文结合现场实际情况,对主桥钢桁梁架设方案进行了研究,通过3种方案比选和论证,采用跨中无临时墩钢桁梁多点顶推方案。同时,采用结构分析及设计系统软件MIDAS/Civil对整个顶推施工过程进行模拟,计算分析结果验证了架梁方案可行。
The Jinan Yellow River Highway and Railway Shared Bridge on Shijiazhuang-Jinan railway passenger dedicated railway,a rigid cable and continuous steel truss girder bridge, is 798. 3 meters long,and its span length is( 128 + 3 × 180 + 128) meters. This bridge type was for the first time applied in highway and railway shared bridge in China. The erection plan of the steel truss girder of the main bridge was studied in this paper. Three erection plans were compared,and the steel truss girder erection using multipoint incremental launching technique without temporary pier at mid-span was finally selected. The entire construction was simulated with MIDAS /Civil,and its feasibility was verified.
