摘要
扬州瘦西湖隧道工程是首次采用泥水平衡盾构机在膨胀性硬质黏土地层中施工的隧道工程。本文利用有限元模拟方法对施工过程中衬砌结构的受力进行分析,并将模拟结果与实测值进行了对比。结果显示:施工阶段衬砌结构弯矩变化较小,注浆阶段衬砌结构轴力有较大波动;注浆对衬砌结构内力的影响较大,注浆稳定后结构轴力约为注浆时轴力的2/3;数值计算结果与实测值较为吻合,该模型可为类似盾构隧道工程中衬砌结构的受力分析提供参考。
Shouxihu tunnel project in Yangzhou was the engineering where the slurry-balance shield machine was applied in expansive hard clay stratum construction at the first time. The stress of lining structure in the construction process was analyzed by using the finite element simulation method and the simulation results were compared with the measured values. The results show that the bending moment of lining structure has little changes and the axial force of lining structure has a great fluctuation at the construction stage,the grouting has a big influence on the internal force of lining structure,the structure axial force after stability of grouting is about 2 /3 of the axial force during the grouting,numerical calculation results are consistent with the measured values,which means this model could provide a reference for the stress analysis of the lining structure in similar shield tunnel projects.
