摘要 丫口寨隧道处于溶蚀洼地,埋深浅,围岩差,在下穿明河过程中易导致隧道上方土体变形量过大,影响隧道施工。针对该施工难点并结合当地实际情况,提出了河道临时改移、河道底施作防水毯与洞内采用铣挖法施工、隧道左右两侧施作旋喷桩墙+洞内超前帷幕注浆、地表注浆加固+洞内全断面超前注浆4种方法。通过综合比选最终确定采用上游修建挡水围堰+洞内超前帷幕注浆+铣挖法施工+监控量测的方法,实施效果良好。 Yakouzai tunnel is a karst tunnel under a running river,a shallow-buried depth and poor surroundings causing large deformation at the tunnel top during the excavation process. Four construction programs were proposed based on the construction difficulties and local situation, including temporary river route change,waterproof carpet in river bottom and milling excavation in tunnel, jet grouting pile and advanced curtain of grouting hole in tunnel,surface grouting reinforcement and grouting inside the hole. A comprehensive construction program was proposed,composed of an innovative construction of retaining cofferdam,advanced curtain grouting,milling excavation and monitoring of construction. Its effect was good.
