摘要
从系统论的角度推导了一般系统相似原理,得出功率键合图相似是系统结构相似的根本特征。将基于功率键合图的相似模拟方法引入大型养路机械系统这一铁路领域中,并以大型养路机械系统——SPZ-350型配砟整形车为例,论述了大型养路机械系统动力学特性研究的电相似模拟试验过程。利用该方法指导大型养路机械系统动力学模拟试验,在避开数学难题的同时,能快速、简便、直观地得到系统动力学特性研究结果,从而为大型养路机械系统的动力学研究提供了新方法。
The paper derived the general system similarity principle from the perspective of system theory and the power bond graph similarity was the basic feature for system structure similarity. Taking the large railway maintenance machinery system—SPZ-350 ballast regulator as an example,the similarity simulation method based on power bond graph was introduced to such railway field as large railway maintenance machinery system and the electric similarity simulation test process for dynamic characteristics research of large railway maintenance machinery system was discussed. This method presented in this paper was used to conduct the dynamic simulation test for large railway maintenance machinery system,the mathematical problems could be avoided meanwhile,and the system dynamic characteristics research result could be obtained in a quick, simple and direct way,which could provide a new methodology for dynamics study of large railway maintenance machinery systems.
