妊娠晚期B族溶血性链球菌诊治研究进展 被引量：18

摘要 70年代来,β溶血性链球菌(GBS)被认证为首要围产期母婴感染病原体。2010年美国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)提出,妊娠晚期GBS携带者予产时抗生素预防治疗(IAP)有效地降低了新生儿早发型GBS发生率,但其仍是首要围产期母婴感染病原体。GBS成功治疗关键在于普遍筛查、正确取样及检测方法、合理使用抗生素预防治疗。但目前许多医疗单位对GBS的产前筛查及治疗并不规范,此文就国内外孕晚期GBS的筛查现况、检测方法、预防治疗方案等方面展开探讨,以期指导临床进一步降低新生儿发病率及死亡率并减少抗生素耐药性及不良反应的产生。
