摘要
随着新型城镇化的开展,原有大拆大建的城市发展方式向城市改建更新模式转变。湘潭市红星村地块为传统村落,由于城市扩张性发展而面临改造。因改造成本、保留乡愁及片区发展等考虑而选择城市渐进式更新模式改造。规划以文化创意产业为切入点,重点对其更新改造的总体定位、功能分区、重点项目策划、运营模式等几个方面予以介绍,最后总结出本次地块城市更新的"五得模式",即塑造出社会、政府、企业、村集体、村民等各方共得的共赢效益,为其他地方的城市更新提供一份有益参考。
With the development of new-type urbanization, the old large- scale reconstruction mode of urban development is transforming to the urban renewal model. As a traditional village , Hongxing Village is facing a transformation due to the expansion of urban development. In consideration of reducing the cost of renovation, keeping cultural memories, and many other factors, gradually renewal mode was chased to promote the development of this area. Taking the developing Cultural Creativity Industry as a starting point,the Hongxing Village renewal planning focuses on the overall orientation, the function division, some key projects planning, and the operation mode. Finally, the paper summarized "the five benefit model" of urban renewal that the society, the government, the enterprises, the village and the villagers achieve an all-win result. Through this study, the design provides a useful reference for other city.
