半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎60例

Sixty Cases of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Chronic Gastritis Treated with Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction

目的:观察半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者60例随机分为对照组和试验组各30例,对照组采用西医常规四联疗法治疗,试验组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用中药辨证分型,两组连续用药2周,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状改善情况,Hp根治率及不良反应发生率。结果:在改善胃痛、腹胀、泛酸、嗳气、纳呆等症状方面,两组治疗前后均有明显差异(P<0.05);试验组有效率、Hp根治率、不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗Hp AG疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction on helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis. Methods： Sixty patients with helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine quadruple treatment,while the ones in the experiment group were added Chinese herb medicine for syndrome differentiation and classification based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks continuously. Then the clinical symptom improvement before and after the treatment,the Hp radical rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were all observed. Results： In terms of improving the symptoms such as the stomach pain,bloating,pantothenic acid,belching,anorexia,etc.,there were significant differences of the two groups before and after the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The efficiency,Hp radical rate,incidence of adverse reactions of the experiment group were all better than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction has precise clinical curative effect on helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis.
