益肾活血汤联合氯沙坦对维持性血液透析患者炎症细胞因子的影响

The Influence of Decoction for Nourishing the Kidney and Activating Blood Circualtion in Combination with Losartan on Inflammatory Cell Factor of Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的：观察益肾活血汤联合氯沙坦对维持性血液透析（maintenance hemodialysis）患者炎症细胞因子的影响。方法：选取本院2010年3月—2014年5月收治的80例MHD患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组给予氯沙坦50~100 mg·d-1口服,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用益肾活血汤治疗,疗程均为3个月,比较两组患者治疗前后肾功能及血清炎症指标变化。结果：两组患者治疗后MIS评分、Hs-CRP及IL-6水平均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,但治疗组较同期对照组比较改善更明显（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗前后肾功能指标比较并无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：益肾活血汤联合氯沙坦可明显减轻MHD患者微炎症状态,改善炎症细胞因子水平。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the influence of Decoction for Nourishing the Kidney and Activating Blood Circualtion in combination with losartan on inflammatory cell factor of patients with maintenance hemodialysis（ MHD）.Methods： Eighty patients with MHD who were treated in our hospital in recent years and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given 50 to 100 mg / d of losartan for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were added Decoction for Nourishing the Kidney and Activating Blood Circualtion based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups regarded 3 months as one course,then the two groups＇ changes of kidney functions and serum inflammatory indexes before and after the treatment were compared. Results： After the treatment,the two groups＇ MIS scores,Hs-CRP and IL-6 levels greatly decreased than before the treatment（ P〈0. 05）. But in terms of homochronous comparison,the improved degree of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The two groups＇ kidney function indexes before and after the treatment had no obvious difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Decoction for Nourishing the Kidney and Activating Blood Circualtion in combination with losartan can greatly relieve inflammatory state of patients with MHD,and improve their level of inflammatory cytokines.
