微创骨髓移植内固定加直流电针刺激治疗股骨颈骨折100例

One Hundred Cases of Femoral Neck Fracture Treated with Minimally Invasive Bone Marrow Transplantation and Internal Fixation in Combination with Direct Current Needle Stimulation

摘要 目的:观察微创骨髓移植内固定加直流电针刺激治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:将2013年3月—2014年6月本院收治的100例股骨颈骨折患者采用微创骨髓移植内固定加直流电针刺激进行治疗,于手术后3个月、6个月、1 a后复诊,观察患者临床疗效、愈合所需时间、Harris髋关节功能评分。结果:100例股骨颈骨折患者优58.0%(58/100),良32.0%(32/100),可8.0%(8/100),差2.0%(2/100),优良率为90.0%(90/100);患者平均住院时间为(1.6±0.4)个月,平均愈合时间为(6.2±1.3)个月;Harris髋关节功能评分为(89.31±2.12)分;治疗3个月、6个月、1 a后,骨折愈合率分别为16.0%(16/100),30.0%(30/100),42.0%(42/100),股骨头坏死率分别为4.0%(4/100),6.0%(6/100),2.0%(2/100),愈合情况较好。结论:股骨颈骨折患者采取微创骨髓移植内固定加直流电针刺激治疗,骨折能够在较短时间内愈合,愈合率高,临床疗效良好。 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive bone marrow transplantation and internal fixation in combination with direct current needle stimulation on femoral neck fracture. Methods: One hundred patients with femoral neck fracture who were treated in our hospital between March of 2013 and June of 2014 were chosen as the research objects,and treated with minimally invasive bone marrow transplantation and internal fixation in combination with direct current needle stimulation,and returned visit on the 3^rdmonth,the 6^thmonth and one year after the treatment. Then the two groups' clinical curative effect,the needed time for cure and Harris hip joint function were observed. Results: Among the 100 patients,58. 0%( 58 /100)had excellent curative effect,32. 0%( 32 /100) had good curative effect,8. 0%( 8 /100) had tolerable curative effect,2. 0%( 2 /100) poor curative effect; And the excellent rate was 90. 0%( 90 /100). The patients' average hospitalization time was( 1. 6 ± 0. 4) months,the average healing time was( 6. 2 ± 1. 3) months. Harris hip joint function score was( 89. 31 ± 2. 12). After 3 months' treatment,6 months' treatment,and one year' s treatment,the fracture healing rates were 16. 0%( 16 /100),30. 0%( 30 /100) and 42. 0%( 42 /100) respectively. Femoral head necrosis rates were 4. 0%( 4 /100),6. 0%( 6 /100),2. 0%( 2 /100) respectively,and the healing condition was good. Conclusion: Minimally invasive bone marrow transplantation and internal fixation in combination with direct current needle stimulation has a remarkable clinical curative effect on femoral neck fracture,can make fracture healed within a short time and have a high healing rate.
