益肾活血汤治疗糖尿病78例

Seventy-Eight Cases of Diabetes Treated with Decoction for Nourishing Kidney and Invigorate Blood Circulation

目的:观察益肾活血汤治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将本院收治的2型糖尿病患者156例随机分为对照组和观察组各78例,对照组给予甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益肾活血汤治疗,两组均以1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,观察两组患者临床疗效及相关指标的变化。结果:两组患者的血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗经治疗后得到不同程度地控制,血糖、空腹胰岛素相关指标与治疗前比较降低明显,观察组患者的糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb A1C)、空腹血糖(fasting blood-glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2Hp G)、空腹胰岛素(fasting insulin,FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(insulin resistance index,HOMA-IR)较对照组水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率达到92.3%,较对照组的78.2%明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾活血汤能够有效降低2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,其机制可能与炎性因子水平降低有关。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Nourishing Kidney and Invigorate Blood Cireulalion on type lI diabetes. Methods： One hundred and fifty-six patients with type II diabetes were randomly divided intu the control group and the observation group, with 78 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given insulin in combination with merformin for treatment, while the ones in the observation group were added Decoction tbr Nourishing Kidney and Invigorate Blood Circulation based on the treatment of the contool group. Both groups regarded one month as one course, and they were treated for 2 courses. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups and changes of related indexes were obse.＇ved. Results： The two groups＇ blood sugar levels, and insulin resistance got control in different degrees after treatment; blood sugar and tasting insti- lin related indicators greatly reduced compared with before the treatment. HbA1 C, FPG, 2HpG, FINS, and HOMA-1R of the ob- servation group were much lower than those of the control group; And all the differences between them bad statistical significance （ P 〈0.05 ）. The effective rate of the observation group was 92.3% , while that of the control group was 78.2% ; And the differ- ences between them had statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Decoction for Nunrishing Kidney and Invigorate Blood Circulation can effectively reduce the blood sugar level of patients with type II diabetes, improve insulin resistance, whose mecha- nism may have something to do with reduced inflammatory factor level.
