复方抗病毒软胶囊的体外抗病毒活性研究

The Clinical Research into External Antiviral Activity of Compound Antiviral Soft Capsule

目的:观察复方抗病毒软胶囊的体外抗病毒活性。方法:本院药剂科从柴胡、细辛、黄芩等传统抗病毒中药材中提取有效组分,按照中药处方配伍规律和现代制药工艺,制备成抗病毒软胶囊,选择利巴韦林为阳性对照组,抗病毒口服液为中药对照组,采用MTT法进行体外抗病毒活性测试。结果:3种药物均具有较高安全系数,复方中药制剂组TC50为347.2 mg·L-1,阳性对照组TC50为351.4 mg·L-1,中药对照组TC50为323.2 mg·L-1,3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组不同药物浓度下对流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、柯萨奇病毒的细胞存活率和治疗指数TI比较,均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方软胶囊体外抗病毒疗效确切、安全可靠,能够显著抑制流感病毒、抗呼吸道合胞病毒、柯萨奇病毒体外增殖。

Objective： To observe the external antiviral activity of Compound Antiviral Soft Capsule. Methods： The effective components were extracted from traditional / of Chinese medicinal materials such as Chaihu（ Radix Bupleuri）,Xixi（ Radix et Rhizoma Asari） and Huangqin（ Radix Scutellariae） by the Pharmacy Department in our hospital; Then they were made into Antiviral Soft Capsule according to TCM prescription compatibility laws and modern pharmaceutical technology. Ribavirin was chosen as the positive control group,while Antiviral Oral Liquid was chosen as the TCM control group. At last,the external antiviral activity was measured by using MTT method. Results： The three kinds of drugs has high safety,TC50 of the compound Chinese medicine preparation was 347. 2 mg · L- 1,while that of positive TCM group was 351. 4 mg·L- 1,that of TCM control group was323. 2 mg·L- 1,and the difference between the three groups had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. With different drug concentrations,the comparison of the three drugs＇ cell survival and treatment index TI of influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus,and coxsackie virus were not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound Antiviral Soft Capsule has a remarkable external antiviral curative effect with reliable safety,can greatly control external reproduction of influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus,and coxsackie virus.
