苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘38例

Thirty-Eight Cases of Cough Variant Asthma Treated with Suhuang Cough Capsule

目的:观察苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2013年4月—2014年4月治疗的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组给予苏黄止咳胶囊治疗。结果:观察组有效率为97.4%,对照组有效率为73.7%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽症状起效时间为(4.4±0.7)d、止咳时间为(9.5±2.1)d,对照组咳嗽症状起效时间为(7.2±1.3)d、止咳时间为(12.5±3.8)d,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候总积分、外周血嗜酸粒细胞计数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果好,止咳速度快。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Suhuang Cough Capsule（ SHCC） on cough variant asthma. Methods： Seventy-six patients with cough variant asthma who were treated in our hospital between April of 2013 and April of 2014 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given montelukast for treatment,while the ones in the observation group were given SHCC. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 97. 4%,while that of the control group was 73. 7%; And the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effect-acting period of cough symptoms and the cough-stopping period of the observation group were（ 4. 4 ± 0. 7） days and（ 9. 5 ± 2. 1） days respectively,which were better than those of the control group：（ 7. 2 ± 1. 3） days,and（ 12. 5 ± 3. 8） days（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the TCM syndrome general score and peripheral blood eosinophilia granulocyte count of the observation group were better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： SHCC has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cough variant asthma,and quick speed to stop cough.
