苦玄参提取物对广西麻鸡生长性能及免疫器官指数的影响

Effect of diet with Picria Fel-tarrae Lour extracts on growth performance and immune organ index of Guangxi Partridge Chickens

试验旨在研究常规日粮添加苦玄参提取物对广西麻鸡生长性能及免疫器官指数的影响。选用1日龄广西麻鸡500羽,随机分5组,A、B和C组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加0.70%、0.35%和0.175%的苦玄参提取物;D组为阳性药物对照组,添加0.01%硫酸粘菌素预混料;E组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮。试期105d,期间于第21、35和49日龄时分别从每组抽取5羽宰杀,测定免疫器官指数。结果表明:日粮添加0.175%的苦玄参提取物可在一定程度上提高广西麻鸡的平均日采食量,也明显提高其生长性能和21日龄的法氏囊指数。

This trial was conducted to investigate the effect of diet with Picria Fel-tarrae Lour extracts （PFLe） on growth performance and immune organ indexes （IOI） of Guangxi Partridge Chickens （GPC）. 500 GPC in age of 1 d were divided into 5 groups randomly. Groups A,B and C were treatment groups and fed diets with 0.70%, 0.35% and 0. 175% of PFLe,respec- tively;group D was a medicinal control group fed a diet with 0.01% of conlistin sulfate premix, and group E was another con- trol group fed only basal diet during the trial of 105 d. Immune organs were taken from 5 chickens in each group in age of 21, 35 and 49 d, respectively. It was concluded that the addition of 0. 175 % PFLe in diet can increase ADFI to a certain extent, and improved the growth performance and bursal index of GPC in 21 d.
