摘要
针对改良Reppe法1,4-丁二醇(BDO)生产中含有甲醇、正丙醇、正丁醇和水等副产废液的正丁醇分离提纯问题,提出了2种正丁醇精制分离流程,并利用Aspen Plus软件,在满足正丁醇产品浓度下,计算获得了正丁醇产量和热负荷与各塔进料板、塔板数、回流比、冷却器温度等的关系,确定了适宜的精制分离流程及其操作参数,正丁醇回收率和产品纯度可分别达到99.84%和99.74%。可见,文中所提出的正丁醇废液精制分离流程可有效地从BDO副产物废液中提纯回收正丁醇,为工业实践提供了指导。
Two separation and purification processes were proposed to purify n-butanol from the by-product solution containing methanol, n-propanol, n-butanol and water in production of 1, 4-butanediol (BDO) through Reppe technology. The process simulation models were developed using software Aspen Plus, and the operating parameters of rectifying towers at the given concentration of purified n-butanol were optimized by studying the effects of feeding position, theoretical plate numbers, reflux ratio, and cooler temperature on the n-butanol output and heat duty. The simulation results show that the separation and purification process proposed can recover n-butanol effectively from the by-product solution in BDO production. The No. 2 separation and purification process has the n-butanol recovery rate of 99.84% with n-butanol product concentration of 99.74%. The simulation provides the fundamental data for industrial practice.
