摘要
《水产动物营养与饲料学》课程是我国高等院校水产养殖专业的专业基础与核心课程。笔者邀请外籍教师讲授专业基础课程,对于开阔学生专业视野和提高学习兴趣等具有重要作用,对于专业教师教学经验的积累、教学方法的改进等也具有重要意义。通过对外籍教师讲授《水产动物营养与饲料学》课程的教学实践活动进行分析和经验总结,为有效推进水产专业双语教学与提高教学质量提供参考。
《Aqua-animal nutrition and feeds》is the basic courses of a quaculture in university or college in China.It is important in broadening students＇ horizons and interest to study the major by teaching basic courses by international teachers.It is also very meaningful for teachers to accumulate teaching experience and to improve teaching methods.The aim of analyzing the teaching of《Aqua-animal nutrition and feeds》by international teachers is to give example or reference for improving bilingual teaching and teaching quality in aquaculture.
