胶体金法和平板及试管凝集检测羊布鲁氏菌病的比较

Comparison of Detecting Sheep Brucellosis among Immune Colloidal Gold Method,Rose Bengal Precipitation Test and Serum Agglutination Test

为了验证免疫胶体金法(ICG)在羊布鲁氏菌病检测中的应用效果,选择经虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)检测出的羊阳性和阴性血清各15份、经试管凝集试验(SAT)确定的阳性羊现场采集的耳尖全血15份,用胶体金法进行复检。结果表明,平板凝集检出的15份阳性血清用胶体金法检出阳性13份,符合率86.7%;平板凝集检出的15份阴性血清用胶体金法检出阴性15份,符合率100%;试管凝集检出的15份阳性样品,现场采集耳尖血用胶体金法检出阳性15份,符合率100%。初步表明胶体金法具有操作简便、快速、微量等特点,适合于羊布鲁氏菌病的现场检测。

In order to confirm the application result of immune colloidal gold method（ICG）on sheep brucellosis,and this study selected the rose bengal precipitation test（RBPT）to detect the 15 sets of positive and negative serum of sheep.The serum agglutination test（SAT）was used to determine 15 sets of positive ear blood of sheep,then the re-inspection was implemented using colloidal gold method.The results showed that positive serum detection by RBPT obtained 15 sets and 13 sets by SAT,and coincidence rate was 86.7%;the negative serum detection by RBPT and SAT obtained the same 15 sets,and coincidence rate was 100 %.Samples of 15 sets of positive serum were detected by SAT,which was same as colloidal gold method,and coincidence rate was 100 %.This study preliminarily showed that colloidal gold method has the characteristics of simple,rapid operation,quick,trace and so on.Therefore,the colloidal gold method is suitable for the spot detection of sheep brucellosis.
