三元复合体系界面张力的影响规律研究

摘要 以河南双河油田为研究对象,以吸附理论和扩散理论为基础,利用物理模拟实验通过分析碱和表活剂对界面张力的影响,进一步探究了三元复合体系中协同效应对油水界面张力的影响,最后通过数值模拟技术验证了不同碱浓度对三元复合体系降低油水界面张力的影响,提高了实验研究成果在实际矿场应用中的可靠性和准确性。结果表明,三元复合体系的协同效应能有效降低油水界面张力,其中聚合物主要延长起到超低界面张力时间的作用,但不影响平衡界面张力值,表面活性剂和碱主要起到降低平衡界面张力最低值的作用。 Taking Henan Shuanghe oilfield as the research object, based on adsorption theory and diffusion theory, using the method of physical simulation experiment, synergistic effect of ASP-flooding system on oil/water interfacial tension was investigated by analyzing the influence of alkali and surfactants on the interfacial tension. Finally, effect of ASP-flooding system with different alkali concentration on reducing oil-water interfacial tension was verified by the numerical simulation technology, so the reliability and accuracy of experimental results in real field application were improved. The results show that the synergistic effect of ASP-flooding systems can reduce oil-water interfacial tension effectively; the polymer mainly plays a role in prolonging the time of ultra-low interfacial tension and has no effect on the value of the equilibrium interfacial tension, both surfactant and alkali can reduce oil-water interfacial tension effectively.
