摘要
为了进一步提高二元驱替效率,必须对窜聚地层进行调堵。以锦16块二元复合驱区块为研究对象,提出利用二元体系驱替过程中残留在岩石孔道内一定浓度和质量的聚合物来实现调堵的技术路线。通过絮凝剂筛选实验,研制出可使残余聚合物在岩石孔道内就地絮凝的调堵剂;通过岩心模拟评价实验,优化了絮凝剂的注入参数。结果表明,锦16块二元复合驱油后采取选择性就地调堵技术,能够改善驱替液的波及系数和洗油效率,进一步提高原油采收率。
In order to enhance the flooding efficiency, we must carry out profile control and water shutoff for polymer breakthrough formations. In this paper, taking Jin-16 block as a research object, the method that uses certain concentration and quality of polymer remained in the rock pores during binary system flooding to achieve profile control and water shutoff was proposed. By the flocculant-screening experiment, plugging agent to make the residual polymer in-situ flocculation in rock pores was developed; By core evaluation experiments, injection parameters of the flocculant were optimized. The results show that the selective in-situ profile control and water plugging technology used in Jin-16 block can improve the sweep coefficient and displacement efficiency of injected water to enhance oil recovery.
