摘要
采用萃取-Fenton反应-吸附工艺处理兰炭废水,分别通过单因素实验和正交实验得到萃取段和Fenton反应段的最优条件,结果为:萃取剂为柴油与苯的混合物,相比1:4,萃取时间10 min,萃取温度为25℃,酚的萃取率最大为82.8%;Fenton反应的最佳工艺条件为:温度为70℃,pH为4,FeSO_4的投加量为4 g,H_2O_2的投加量为4 m L;最后经过活性炭吸附后,兰炭废水的COD及酚的含量达到国家废水排放标准。
Coking wastewater was treated by adopting extraction-Fenton reaction-adsorption process; the best conditions of extraction stage and Fenton reaction stage were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment respectively. The results show that, the highest phenol extraction rate can reach to 82.8% when using mixed solution of diesel and benzene as extracting agent, the ratio of extractant to coking wastewater 1:4, the extraction time 10 min at 25 ℃. The optimum processing conditions of Fenton reaction are as follows: temperature 60 ℃,pH 4, FeSO4 4 g and H2O2 4 mL. In the end, coking wastewater after extraction and Fenton reaction was adsorbed by activated carbon. COD and phenol contents in treated wastewater can meet the national standard.
