摘要
腐蚀是油气管道常见的失效形式,如果没有及时发现并修复,将导致油气泄漏,处置不当极易引发火灾或爆炸事故。分析油气管道腐蚀成因,研究目前的腐蚀检测技术,了解不同检测技术的原理、使用条件及优缺点,可以为油气管道的生产维护提供依据。
The corrosion is a common failure mode for oilgas pipes. If the corrosion is not discovered and renovated timely, oilgas pipe may leak out and result in fire and explosion. In this paper, reasons of oilgas pipe corrosion were analyzed, and the corrosion detection technology was studied. The theories, working conditions, merits and drawbacks of different detection technologies were analyzed.
