摘要 针对辽河油田矿场在开发过程中产生的大量硫化氢等有毒气体,以蒸汽驱油井为模拟对象,以单井硫化氢气体的产出量为评价指标,开展了"硫化氢防治和提高单井产油量"增油效果实验。结果表明,去除剂随蒸汽进入储层后,一方面降低了原油黏度,另一方面单井硫化氢的产量得到了明显的降低。采用"蒸汽+去除剂"注入方式,不仅有利于降低原油黏度,增加原油产量,还可进一步去除从油井中产生的硫化氢气体,从而降低在开发过程中因硫化氢气体而引起的危险。 In view of large amount of hydrogen sulfide and other toxic gases produced in the development process of Liaohe oil field, using the steam drive well as the simulation object, using hydrogen sulfide output of single well as the evaluation index, the experiment of "hydrogen sulfide control and improving the oil production of single well" was carried out. The results show that, after the removal agent is injected into the reservoir, the viscosity of crude oil can be reduced, and the yield of hydrogen sulfide can be significantly reduced. The use of steam + removal agent injection mode, not only helps to reduce the viscosity of crude oil, increase crude oil production, but also can further remove the hydrogen sulfide gas generated from the oil well, thereby reducing the risk of hydrogen sulfide gas in the development process.
