摘要
简单介绍了酮苯装置生产过程中的温洗操作、作用、温洗操作及存在的问题。针对国内一些炼厂酮苯装置原料较多、物性差别较大,导致温洗操作复杂、温洗效果无法控制、油蜡综合收率较低的问题,对设置自动温洗系统进行分析研究,找出影响自动温洗效果的因素,并借装置改造的机会,增加自动温洗控制程序,通过程序控制系统实现了一键温洗,保证了温洗效果,降低了操作工人工作量及工作难度,同时油蜡收率及产品质量也得到了一定程度的提高,装置运行较为平稳,取得了良好的经济效益。
The operations, functions and existing problems of warm washing during production of ketone benzene unit were described. Aiming at the problems of the complex operation, uncontrollable washing results and low comprehensive yield caused by multiple feedstocks and relatively great physical properties difference in certain domestic plants, the automatic warm washing system was analyzed, and relevant influencing factors were found, then by the revamp opportunity, the automatic warm washing control program was improved, one-touch warm wash function was realized by the control program, which could lower the operators' workload and operating difficulties; the oil wax yield and product quality were improved, unit operation was smooth.
