中国石油辽阳石化PP装置,以裂解丙烯为原料,己烷为溶剂,采用浆液法生产带有添加剂的原色颗粒,经过30多年的运行,总结分析了典型事例对装置平稳运行的影响。长周期生产实践证明,当某一工艺参数波动时,需进一步分析其对其他参数的影响以及由此可能带来的后果,设备运行中在日常巡检和维护,出现异常需及时处理。

PetroChina Liaoyang petrochemical PP unit uses cracking propylene as raw material and hexane as solvent to produce primary particles with additives by slurry process. In more than 30 years operation, the influence of typical cases to the smooth operation of the device has been summarized and analyzed. The long-period operation practice has proved that,when a certain process parameter fluctuates, its impact on other parameters need be further analyzed as well as possible consequence. Daily inspection and maintenance are very important for equipment normal running, abnormal conditions in the running should be treated in time.
