摘要 影响板式热交换器传热性能的主要因素有传热系数K、对数平均温差Δtm、介质的压力降ΔP以及板片的承压能力等。研究了在两个恒定的板间流速下,对高NTU、中NTU和低NTU通道三种板片结构进行组合并进行热工性能试验。研究软板的数量对板式热交换器的压力降ΔP及传热系数K的影响得到有助于热交换量—流量—允许压降完全匹配的板片组合形式。 The main factors of affecting heat transfer performance of plate heat exchanger include heat transfer coefficient K, logarithmic mean temperature difference Δtm, pressure drop of medium ΔP and bearing capacity of plate and so on. In this paper, under a constant velocity between plates, after combining high NTU, middle NTU and low NTU channel, their performance was tested. The influence of the number of soft plate on pressure drop ΔP and heat transfer coefficient K of plate heat exchanger was studied, and the combination of plates that can be helpful to completely match heat exchange—rate of flow—allowable pressure drop was obtained.
