摘要
进入2016年以来,某页岩炼油厂ATP小颗粒页岩炼油装置始终处于低产状态,页岩采油率平均在48%左右,比2015年同期水平降低约10%,严重影响成品油的产量,给企业生产经营带来困难,造成了严重的经济损失。对ATP小颗粒页岩炼油装置采油率低进行了原因分析,提出了改变页岩油粘度分布、校正计量器具、采取措施防止烃泄漏、降低干馏区压力波动等解决措施。
Since 2016, ATP "small particle" device of a shale oil plant remains the state of low oil production, shale oil production rate is around 48% on average, and about 10% lower than the same period in 2015, which seriously affected the yield of product oil, brought difficulties to enterprise operation and management, and caused serious economic losses. In this paper, causes of low oil production rate of ATP plant were analyzed, and the relative solutions were put forward, such as changing the viscosity distribution of shale oil, measuring instruments calibration, prevention measures of hydrocarbon leakage, reducing the fluctuation of retort zone pressure and so oon.
