摘要
在管道输送天然气中,准确预测水合物生成位置及其影响因素分析,对管道安全运行十分重要。为此,基于长输管线温度、压力计算与水合物生成条件预测模型,建立了长输管线水合物生成位置预测程序,并对具体实例进行分析,结果表明,管径越小、输量越大、保温材料导热系数越小、天然气中H2S含量越低、CO2含量越高,水合物生成范围缩小。该程序对长输天然气管道设计、安全管理、天然气脱硫处理提供了技术支持。
It is very important for safe operation of pipeline to perform accurate prediction of the gas hydrate formation location and analyze the influencing factors in natural gas transportation by pipeline.The program of hydrate formation location prediction in long-distance pipeline was established based on temperature and pressure calculation of pipeline and hydrate formation prediction model.Practical examples were analyzed by the program. The results show that the hydrate formation scope will be narrow when the pipe diameter becomes smaller, the transportation amount becomes greater, the thermal conductivity of heat preservation material becomes smaller, the H_2S content in natural gas becomes lower, the CO_2 content becomes higher. The program can provide technical support for design and safe management of the long-distance natural gas pipeline and natural gas desulfurization process.
