激光气体检测仪检测原油挥发气中丙烷浓度的模拟实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对两种原油在模拟油罐存储条件下进行了相平衡实验,测定了原油到达相平衡后挥发气的体积及其组成。激光气体检测仪利用光谱吸收原理,可以实现对气体中丙烷浓度的原位在线监测,是一种颇具前景的监测技术。在模拟油罐环境下对激光气体检测仪的测量性能进行了研究,结果表明该系统的测量相对误差较小,满足工业应用的精度要求。 Phase equilibrium experiments of two kinds of crude oil under simulated tank storage conditions were carried out to determine the composition and volume of volatile gas of the oil. Laser gas detector can be used to realize in situ monitoring of propane content in the volatile gas based on spectrum absorption. Detecting performance of the laser gas detector under simulated oil tank environment was studied. The result shows that the measurement error of this laser gas detector system is little, which can meet the demand of industry.
