反相离子色谱法同时检测皮炎软膏中的6种水溶性维生素成分含量

Determination of Six Water-soluble Vitamins in Dermatitis Ointment by Reversed-phase Ion Chromatography

建立了反相离子色谱法同时测定皮炎软膏中6种水溶性维生素成分的分析方法。样品经提取净化后,用反相色谱柱梯度洗脱分离,二极管阵列检测器进行检测。在给定的浓度范围内各水溶性维生素成分的浓度与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数（r）在0.999 1-0.999 9之间。添加水平在0.5-200 mg/kg时回收率为86.0%-96.0%,相对标准偏差RSD（n=6）为3.60-7.45%。方法检出限为0.30-0.50 mg/kg。该方法操作简便,准确度高,重现性好,是测定皮炎软膏中水溶性维生素成分的有效方法。

A reversed-phase ion chromatography method was established for determination of six water-soluble vitamins in dermatitis ointment. Samples were extracted and purified, and then they were tested by the reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography instrument with diode array detector. All the compounds showed good linearity within the corresponding concentrations, with the correlation coefficient from 0.999 1 to 0.999 9. The recoveries of the method were from 86.0 to 96.0% with the RSD（n=6）values from 3.60% to 7.45% at the spiked levels from 0.50 mg/kg to 200 mg/kg. The detection limits of the method were from 0.30 mg/kg to 0.50 mg/kg. This method is convenient, accurate, and has good reproducibility and is suitable for determination of these water-soluble vitamins in dermatitis ointment.
