大学生手机社交媒体依赖与孤独感的调查研究——以石家庄学院为例

A survey on the mobile phone addiction and loneliness of the college students

通过对河北省石家庄学院160名学生关于手机社交媒体依赖和孤独感现状的调查,分析了不同类型的大学生在手机社交媒体依赖和孤独感上的差异,对大学生手机社交媒体与孤独感的关系进行了研究,得出以下结论:大学生使用手机应用最多的类型为社交类,大学生手机社交媒体使用比较广泛,依赖的程度普遍较高;在大学生手机社交媒体依赖的总分上,各项人口学因素均无明显差异,仅在依赖的个别维度上有差异;大学生手机社交媒体依赖的总分及社交增益、强迫性、戒断性这三个维度与孤独感呈显著正相关.

This study selects 160 students in Shijiazhuang College as the subjects in relation to their addiction to mobile phones and loneliness.Results show that differences exist and vary extent of addiction and loneliness.Most students use phones for social activities,and the degree of dependence on social media is generally high,while demographic factors are not substantial.Moreover,the utter dependence upon social gains,compulsivity and withdrawal are significant and positively related.
