摘要
根据高等教育哲学基础——"人本论",将大学生全面发展的内涵解析为:个性发展、综合素质发展、和谐发展.实现大学生全面发展的途径为:德教为先,育人为本;加强科学文化制度建设;健全大学校园文化育人体系;重视心理健康教育.
Humanistic theory is the foundation of the higher education philosophy according to which the comprehensive development of college students is divided into personal,comprehensive and harmonious ones.This paper suggests that Chinese universities strengthen moral education,improve humanistic campus culture,establish scientific and cultural education system and increase psychological education.
