河北省高职院校体育师资队伍受教育观念、学校重视程度和教师自身的影响,存在性别结构不平衡、中青年教师占比大、学历和职称偏低、工作量较大、科研水平亟待提高、参加培训进修的机会较少的问题,应通过提高体育教师的思想素质,学历、教学和科研水平来提升体育师资队伍的整体水平.

Physical education teachers in Hebei vocational colleges are inefficient in that gender imbalance is serious,larger in proportion of age,academic titles low,workload heavy,research achievement insufficient,and training opportunities few.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures in relation to upgrading their overall qualifications.
