目的全面了解《空军医学杂志》创刊30年来的学术质量和学术贡献。方法通过《中国知网》期刊全文数据库的数据,对其发文数量、基金论文、论文分类、发文单位、作者分布和论文被引情况进行分析研究。结果共发表论文4 020篇,基金论文41篇;分41类5 108篇次,其中,临床医学、特种医学、军事医学与卫生和航空航天科学与工程等13个学科论文总篇次达80.11%;发文单位最多的40个单位发文占论文总数的78.38%,空军总医院占68.28%;发文最多的4 0名作者共发表论文1 328篇,占论文总数的33.03%,论文被引用1 132篇,被引频次最高为46次;下载10 0次以上的论文共有115篇,最高886次;共有高影响力论文16篇;3位专家的h指数>10。结论《空军医学杂志》办刊方针明确,体现了强烈的军事医学特色,为军队作者搭建了很好的学术交流平台,促进了科技论文质量的不断提高,培养了一批技术水平较高的医学专业人才。

ObjectiveTo analyze the academic quality and academic contributionsMedical Journal of Air Force over the past 30 years.MethodsThe number of contributions, fund-supported papers, classification of papers, sources of contributions, distribution of authors and papers were analyzed according to data from the CNKI journal full text database. ResultsA total of 4 020 papers were published, including 41 fund-supported papers. They fell into 41 categories （5 108 articles） and covered 13 subjects, such as clinical medicine, special medicine, military medicine and health, and aerospace science and engineering. Papers related to these spheres accounted for 80.11% of the total. 78.38% of these papers came from the top 40 institutions. Papers from Air Force General Hospital made up 68.28% of the total. The top 40 authors published a total of 1 328 papers, accounting for 33.03%. 1 132 papers were cited, and the top one was cited 46 times. A total of 115 papers were downloaded more than 100 times, and the highest one was downloaded 886 times. A total of 16 papers were high impact ones. The h index by 3 experts was〉10.Conclusion The guidelines for Medical Journal of Air Force were specific, with distinct characteristics of military medicine. It has served as a very good platform of academic exchange for the armed forces, promoted the continuous improvement of the quality of science papers, and trained a large number of high-level medical professionals.
