监狱体育:改造服刑人员的新模式

Prison Sports: A New Model of Rehabilitation of Offenders

从国外监狱体育的发展经验来看,借助体育运动对囚犯进行改造,有利于实现刑法的矫正目的。采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,以监狱体育改造囚犯的机制与效用作为研究对象,分析发展监狱体育的必要性及我国监狱体育的发展现状。研究结论:体育运动在重塑罪犯人格、培养亲社会行为、创造健康监狱文化方面具有特殊意义;我国当前监狱体育发展已经初具规模,囚犯体育运动权利得到法律保障,但监狱体育基础设施有待完善。建议:重视罪犯身心改造相互融合,不断完善帮扶工作体系;引进社会体育资源,加强一线狱警培训;完善监狱基础设施,将体育改造常规化。

From the experience of other countries＇ prison sports point of view, with the transformation of prison sport conducive to achieving the purpose of correction of criminal law. In this paper, using literature and logical analysis as research methods and taking the mechanisms and effectiveness of the transformation of prison sports as a research object, to analyze the necessity of pris- on sports and the current development of prison sports in China. Results ： Sport has a special significance in reshaping the criminal personality, training prosocial behavior, creating a healthy prison culture. The current situation of prison sports in China has be- gun to be taken shape. Although the prisoner sports rights were guaranteed by law, the prison sports infrastructure need to be im- proved . Recommendation ： We should pay attention to the physical and mental transformation of mutual integration of offenders, helping to constantly improve the work system. In addition, we should do somen introduction of social sports resources to enhance front -line prison guards training. At last, improving prison infrastructure and making will sports transformation routine is neces- sary.
