散打训练对肥胖大学生心肺适能、身体成分及基础体力的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用文献资料法、实验法、数据统计法对肥胖大学生参加散打训练前后的心肺适能、身体成分及基础体力进行测试,散打训练10周后,实验组最大耗氧量(VO2max)及心率与收缩压乘积前后比较具有高度显著性差异(P<0.01);安静心率、收缩压、舒张压以及心率与收缩压乘积前后比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。体重、身体质量指数(BMI)、体脂肪量以及体脂肪率前后比较具有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。柔韧性、仰卧起坐、俯卧撑前后比较具有高度显著性差异(P<0.001)。握力虽然有所增加,但前后比较没有统计性差异(P>0.05)。表明参加散打训练可改善肥胖大学生的心肺各项生理机能、降低体重及体脂百分比,增强柔韧性和力量素质,研究结果可为散打训练改善人体生理机能提供参考依据。 By methods of liferature data, experimentation and statistics, the paper discusses that there's a significant difference between before - and after - experiment in VO2max and heart rate and Rpp of the experimental obese college students who participate in the Sanda training experiment for 10 weeks (P 〈0.01 ) ; resting heart rate, systolic, diastolic and systolic blood pressure and heart rate before and after the experiment with significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat as well as before and after is relatively highly significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Flexibility, sit - ups, and puch - ups relatively highly significant difference (P 〈0.001 ) before and after. Although grip strength has increased, there is no statistical difference between before and after ( P 〉 0.05 ). The study shows that attending training can improve the obese college students" eardio ma- chines physiological function, reduce weight and percentage of body fat, increase flexibility and strength quality. The research re- sults can provide reference on imFoving the bodyg physiological function Sanda training to provide reference.
