Key Issues on Sustainable Development of the Campus Football

采用文献资料法、实地调研法、逻辑分析法对影响中国校园足球可持续发展的关键因素进行深入分析。结果表明:1)校园足球事业的成败取决于管理层面制度设计的合理性。2)建立有效的监管控制机制是基础。通过监管控制机制建设把各项政策、规划落实到位,提高校园足球活动开展质量。3)改善学校教育大环境是根本。创造良好、宽松教育环境,让孩子主动参与、享受足球运动快乐的同时,增加身心健康、提高足球竞技水平。4)校园足球"软硬件"建设是着力点。建立专项资金资助布局学校人工草坪场地建设、加大力度培养优秀专业足球教师、贯彻统一的足球训练大纲,保障校园足球可持续健康发展,为校园足球可持续发展提供理论参考依据。

To provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the campus football, the key factors that affect the sus- tainable development of China~ football on campus are analyzed by the methods of literature review, on- the- spot investigation and logical analysis. The results show that： 1 ） the success or failure of the campus football depends on the rationality of the sys- tem establishment. 2） To establish effective regulatory control mechanisms is the base. The quality of the campus football activi- ties is improved through the supervision and control mechanism. 3） The school education environment improving is fundamental. Good and loose education environment should be created, to let the children actively participate in and enjoy the happy football, increase the physical and mental heahh,and raise the level of football competition. 4） Campus football ＂hardware and software＂ construction is the focus point. A special fund should be set up for the school layout artificial turf site construction, outstanding professional football teachers training and unified football training program carried out to guarantee the sustainable and healthy de- velopment of the campus football.
