SWOT Analysis on Development of Producer Services in Fujian Province

应用SWOT分析框架对福建省生产性服务业发展的内部条件和外部环境进行详细分析和综合评价,分析了福建省生产性服务业发展过程中具有的内部优势、劣势及面临的外部机遇和威胁,构建了SWOT矩阵,并从一带一路及自贸区等区域战略角度提出相应的发展策略。

This paper applies SWOT framework to analyze the internal condition and external environment of producer services in Fujian province. The internal strengths and weaknesses as well as the external opportunities and threats of producer services in Fujian province are carefully evaluated. As a result, this paper constructs the SWOT matrix, and proposes corresponding developmental strategies based on the One Belt and One Road as well as Fujian Free Trade Zone.
