人口的年龄性别结构国际比较研究

International Comparative Studies on Age and Sex Compositions

利用2014年人口数据和2030年、2050年预测数据,按年龄和性别分人口数,比较了中国大陆、印度及美国三国人口金字塔图的特征,然后分析了三国人口的中长期发展趋势,探讨人口年龄结构变动与特点,提出我国需要通过生育政策的调整,提高出生人数,达到人口年龄和性别结构正常化和均衡发展;吸收国际移民支撑中国老龄社会,增加劳动力资源的未来供给等政策性建议。

Using the population data of 2014 and forecast data of both 2030 and 2050, according to age and gender, from three regions such as China's Mainland, India and the United States, after making a comparison among their characteristics of population pyramid figures, this paper analyze their changes of population age structures and features as well as their development trends over the medium and longer term, suggest that our government should take such strong measures as increasing its birth rate by ad- justing current family-planning policy, and bringing in qualified immigrants to settle here, so as to cope with labor resources for the future supply and to keep the normalization and balanced development between structures of population age and gender.
