几种药剂防治红火蚁田间药效试验

Field efficacy trials of different pesticides for controlling red imported fire ant

【目的】为明确0.3%氟虫氰、0.05%氟虫氰和1%氟虫胺等6种药剂对红火蚁的防治效果。【方法】采用点施和蚁巢外围周缘环状撒施毒饵处理法,应用目测法对蚁巢和诱饵法对工蚁进行调查监测,以活动蚁巢校正防效和工蚁校正防效为防效评价指标。【结果】活动蚁巢防效,0.3%氟虫氰、1%氟蚁腙、0.5%硫氟磺酰胺、0.05%氟虫氰、1%氟虫胺和0.73%氟蚁腙在施药后5d分别为66.67%、42.78%、35.83%、66.67%、90.48%和27.11%,施药后25d分别为100%、83.21%、68.09%、100%、100%和96.04%;工蚁防效,0.3%氟虫氰、1%氟蚁腙、0.5%硫氟磺酰胺、0.05%氟虫氰、1%氟虫胺和0.73%氟蚁腙在施药后5d分别为100%、65.43%、92.62%、100%、100%和49.69%,施药后25d分别为100%、93.49%、99.63%、100%、100%和99.69%。【结论】参试的各药剂对红火蚁都有比较好的防治效果,其中以0.3%氟虫氰、0.05%氟虫氰、1%氟虫胺的效果较好,对红火蚁活动蚁巢、工蚁都有较好的速效性和持效性。【建议】防治红火蚁选用0.3%氟虫氰、0.5%硫氟磺酰胺、0.05%氟虫氰、1%氟虫胺进行快速控制,然后选用0.3%氟虫氰、0.05%氟虫氰、1%氟虫胺、0.73%氟蚁腙开展长期防控,并注意交替轮换用药,延缓抗性产生。

[ Objective ]To clear the control effect of six kinds pesticides for controlling red imported fire ant, the pesticides are as follows：0.3% fipronil, 0.05% fipronil cyanide and 1% fipronil amine,etc.[Method ]Ap- plication two treatments： one is apply pesticide in small holes near the plants,the other is the treatment of broadcasting poison bait around peripheral outer ring of ant nest; the application of eye-measurement and nest bait of ants for investigation and monitoring, to movable nest correction control effect and workers cor- rection control effect to prevent the effect evaluation index. [ Result ]The control effect for the activities ant nest： the pesticides including 0.3% fipronil cyanide, 1% hydramethylnon, 0.5% sulfur perfluorooctane sul- fonamide, 0.05% fipronil cyanide, 1% fipronil amine and 0.73% hydramethylnon, after 5 days of treatment, the effect reach 66.67%, 42.78%, 35.83%, 66.67%, 90.48% and 27.11% respectively,while 25 days, the ef- fect reachl00%, 83.21%, 68.09%, 100%, 100% and 96.04%; [ Conclusion ] All the pesticides reached the ideal effect for controlling red imported fire ant, among them, the pesticides with better control effect are as follows： 0.3% fipronil cyanide, 0.05% fipronil cyanide, 1% sulfluramid, which have readily availability and effectiveness on the activity nest and worker caste of the red imported fire ants. [ Suggested ] For controlling red imported fire ant, firstly applying 0.3% fipronil cyanide, 0.5% perfluorooctane sulfonamide, 0.05% fipronil cyanide, 1% sulfluramid for rapid control, then choose 0.3% fipronil cyanide, cyanogen 0.05% fipronil cyanide and 1% sulfluramid and 0.73% hydramethylnon to carry out long-term prevention and con- trol, especially pay attention to the alternating with pesticides, delaying resistance production.
