摘要
为降低精炼大豆油中反式脂肪酸(TFA)的含量,对现有的脱臭塔进行局部改造并在此基础上进行了TFA生产调控试验。试验表明:精炼大豆油TFA的含量可控制在1.0%以内,而且符合国标一级大豆油的质量要求。
In order to reduce the content of trans fatty acids(TFA) in the refining process, deodorization tower was enhanced with minor improvements, and TFA- control tests were carried out at the same time. The results show that the TFA content in refined soybean oil could can be controlled less than 1.0%, and the qualities of the refined soybean oil are up to the national standard for soybean oil.
