摘要
针对食用油的性质和引起酸败的原因,探讨了利用氮气控制和延缓油脂氧化酸败的方法,介绍了氮气在食用油小包装灌装车间的应用。
In view of the nature and causes of rancidity cooking oil, the nitrogen is used for control and delay the oil oxidative rancidity method, the application of nitrogen in small packaging cooking oil filling workshop was introduced.
