摘要 研究了玉米油在生产过程中不产生皂脚的精炼工艺。在精炼过程中采用磷酸水化脱胶,摸索出了脱胶温度、磷酸添加量、脱胶时间和水洗添加量对脱胶效果的影响。在脱胶温度80℃,添加75%磷酸量为油重的0.8‰,脱胶时间为30 min,水洗添加量为油重的4%的条件下,脱胶效果较好,同时对玉米油中固有的营养成分维生素E、植物甾醇及部分理化指标进行监测。整个精炼过程无皂脚产生,杜绝环境污染问题,同时精炼得率提高0.8%-1.2%。 The refining technology that the corn oil does not produce soapstock in the production process was studied. The hydration degumming of phosphoric acid was used in the process of refining, to fish out the influence of degumming temperature, additive amount of phosphoric acid, degumming time and washing additive amount on degumming effect. Under the condition, the degumming temperature is 80 ℃, adding 75 % phosphoric acid amount for 0. 8‰ heavy oil, degumming time for 30 min, water addition amount for 4% heavy oil, the degumming effect is good, as well as the inherent nutrients in corn oil such as vitamin E, phytosterol and some physical and chemical indicators for monitoring. The whole refining process generates no soapstock, eliminates environmental pollution, and the refining yield increases by 0.8 % - 1.2 %.
