There are many quality and safety problems ot gram and oil product in our country, especially various pollution problems in the processing of grain and oil link, such as lampblack and dust generated by grain and oil processing machinery, and illegal food additives in processing process. The quality and safety problems during grain and oil processing link were explored, and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
