摘要
建立了一种用毛细管气相色谱测定白酒中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、己酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯的内标检测法,同时采用多点校正,各物质的线性相关系数在0.999以上,样品加标回收率在95.2%-98.8%之间,相对标准偏差在0.10%-1.94%之间。该方法高效,准确,精密度较高。
A new method for the determination of methanol, ethyl acetate, ethyl caproate, ethyl lactate in Chinese spirits by gas chromatography was investigated. It is also a multi - point correction method. It shows that the methanol, ethyl acetate, ethyl caproate, ethyl lactate are in good linearity（r〉0. 999）. The recovery rate is 95. 2%-98. 8%, with RSD value 0. 08%-1.64%. This method is highly- efficient, accurate and of high precision.
