摘要
【目的】为了得到一个在芽期对小麦抗旱品种合适的鉴定指标。【方法】以6个抗旱性不同的冬小麦品种(系)为材料,采用不同浓度的PEG-6000渗透溶液模拟干旱条件,在小麦芽期进行胁迫处理,观察小麦胚芽鞘、茎秆长、主胚根长等性状,同时结合大田干旱处理,分析其与抗旱性的关系。【结果】在大田干旱胁迫的条件下,产量组成性状均呈现出显著性差异,抗旱性强的品种具有相对较高的产量和抗旱指数。在不同浓度的PEG-6000渗透溶液胁迫下,芽期各性状的变化率的趋势表现为胚芽鞘>茎秆长>主胚根长。【结论】胚芽鞘对水分胁迫较敏感,而且抗旱性强的品种胚芽鞘长,与抗旱指数具有一致性,可将胚芽鞘作为芽期鉴定抗旱品种的可靠性状。
[ Objective ]In order to get a suitable appraisal indicator for wheat varieties in bud on drought re- sistance.[ Method ]This paper studied the relationship of yield component traits under field drought stress and coleoptiles, stem length and radicle length in different PEG-6000 in 6 different drought-resistance wheat varieties. [ Result ]The results showed that there were significant difference among yield component traits of control and treatments, and the wheat varieties with strong drought-resistance had high yield and drought re- sistance index in drought stress. Different traits of bud stage had different change rate, and its changing trend was coleoptiles 〉 stem length 〉 radicle length in different PEG-6000.[ Conclusion ]it showed that coleoptiles were sensitive under water stress, and eoleoptiles with strong drought-resistance were longer than it with weak one, and this was equal to the drought resistance index. So coleoptiles would be a reliable drought-re- sistance trait at bud stage.
