摘要
法行与类举是荀子理想人格处理礼法所及和超出礼法之外时的行事原则。对"法"和"类"的理解不应该局限于法学视角,而应该从更为广阔的礼学视域加以分析。法并非仅指律法之"法",而应该从礼法的刚性体现加以阐释。类并非后世所言"决事比",而是在礼法所未及之处、未能满足正礼施行条件时候的灵活的处事原则。二者统一于礼仪制度之中,并在荀子哲学体系中被用以形容理想人格的"经权之道"。
The "Fa" and "Lei" are two kinds of transaction principle, which are held by xunzi' ideal personality. Understanding of the two, should not be confined to the legal perspective, but the broader perspective of rites. "Fa" is not a kind of law, but the rigid principle in etiquette system, "Lei" is not the ancient law called "bi", but the flexible principle in the etiquette system. The two are unified in the etiquette system, and closely related with the ideal personality of Xunzi.
