社会冲突理论下精准扶贫与农村职业教育改革 被引量:4

摘要 在社会学中,社会冲突理论的内容主要体现在政治、经济、文化三大领域。用社会冲突理论剖析目前农村职业教育现状可以发现,我国农村职业教育发展存在着与政府统筹不合理的冲突、资金不充裕的冲突、观念落后的冲突、学生积极性不高的冲突等。必须通过转变政府职能,依法治教,以协调政府统筹不合理方面的冲突;通过富者兼济,社会支持,以协调资金不充足方面的冲突;通过"有教无类",以学为荣,以协调观念不改变方面的冲突;通过主动学习,小组合作,以协调学生学习不主动方面的冲突,从而推进农村职业教育改革发展,提升农村职业教育质量。 In sociology,the content of social conflict theory is mainly reflected in the fields of politics,economics and culture. By the analysis of current rural vocational education from the perspective of Social Conflict theory,we could found that: There has been some conflicts in rural vocational education development,such as the conflicts of unreasonable comprehensive government planning,insufficient funds,traditional idea,inactive student and rural vocational education development. To realize the reform of rural vocational education,and coordinate the conflict in unreasonable government planning,we should change the function of government and govern it according to the laws; to resolve the conflict in insufficient funds,the rich should help others and the society should support; to coordinate the conflict in unchanged idea,no child should be left behind and children should be proud of studying; to resolve the problems of inactive student,they should study with more enthusiasm and cooperate with others in group.
