人口老龄化背景下高职院校涉老专业发展探究

On the Development of Aged People Involving Specialties in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Population Aging

专业设置是高职教育发展与社会需求紧密结合的纽带。当前我国人口面临着人口老龄化加快、人口流动加速、人口红利渐失等一系列问题。在人口变化背景下,我国高职设置涉老专业是适应时代变化的应时之举。然而,高职院校在开设涉老专业过程中需针对不同类型专业合理选择招生对象、加大国家财政支持力度以及增加老年相关实践活动,才能解决高职院校设置涉老专业中出现的招生困难、教学效果不佳以及学生积极性难以调动等困境,以期实现涉老专业人才培养的可持续发展。

Specialty setting is the link between the development of higher vocational education and the demand of society. Current population of our country is facing the rapidly aging,the accelerating flow,demographic dividend tapering,and so on,which has caused a series of problems. Under the background of population change,setting the involving professions in vocational colleges in our country is to adapt to the changing times. However,in order to solve the problems such as enrollment difficulty,poor teaching effect,the difficulty to stimulate students＇ enthusiasm,vocational colleges need to select suitable students according to various profession requirements,increase the financial support and enhance the relevant practical activities,so as to realize the sustainable development of personnel training for the aging population.
